President Normand Zarella called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m. He then made the introduction of the Executive Board: Joy Mills (Vice President), Fred Connors (Treasurer), David Wilson (Secretary), himself (President) recently resigned Corporate Counsel, Christopher Rich and new Corporate Counsel, Larry Plavnick.

Motion was made and carried to suspend the roll call.

The Treasurer’s report was read and accepted by vote of the membership.

The Secretary’s report was accepted as mailed.

President Zarella recognized and introduced past President’s, Patricia Lambert, Bill Aker and Phil Converse.

President Zarella recognized Dan Picard and Joy Mills for their efforts with last month’s seminar.

President Zarella presented his Executive board with gifts of appreciation for their service during the 2007-2008 season.

President Zarella also introduced the 2008-2009 Executive Board members; Joy Mills, President, Fred Connor, Vice President, David Wilson, Treasurer and Dan Picard, Secretary. Through a vote of membership, the Officers were ratified.

President Zarella then opened up the rest of the evening for the annual dinner and festivities. A good time was had by all.
